2021年11月3日，康复医学科白玉龙教授团队在Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine杂志上发表题为“Motor imagery–based brain–computer interface combined with multimodal feedback to promote upper limb motor function after stroke: a preliminary study”的论著（中科院分区3区/JCR分区Q2，IF 2.650）。该研究为多单中心临床随机对照研究，病例来自复旦大学附属华山医院康复医学科，关注脑机接口在卒中后严重偏瘫患者上肢运动功能中的临床应用，并为其康复治疗的作用机制提供参考。
2021年12月22日，白玉龙教授团队在Neural Plasticity杂志上发表题为“Effectiveness of contralaterally controlled functional electrical stimulation versus neuromuscular electrical stimulation on upper limb motor functional recovery in sub-acute stroke patients: a randomized controlled trial”的论著（中科院分区3区/JCR分区Q3，IF3.599）。该研究为单中心随机对照研究，病例来源为复旦大学附属华山医院宝山院区康复医学科病房，对比了对侧控制型功能性电刺激与神经肌肉电刺激在脑卒中后患者上肢运动动能恢复中的治疗效果，为对侧控制型功能性电刺激的临床应用及机制探索提供了一定的科学依据。
2022年2月，白玉龙教授团队的论著Focal vibration to plantarflexor/ dorsiflexor improves poststroke spasticity: a randomized single-blind controlled trials被Annals of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine杂志接收（中科院分区2区/JCR分区Q1，IF 5.393）。该研究为单盲随机对照研究，关注局部振动干预不同肌肉治疗卒中后下肢痉挛状态的临床疗效，取得了很好的治疗效果，论文还就其可能作用机制进行了探索。
2021年11月-2022年6月30日期间，康复医学科李放教授及静安分院李琴英副主任医师加入神经科全超教授NMOSD临床研究团队。合作队列研究成果“Efficacy and safety of rehabilitation exercise in neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder during the acute phase: A prospective cohort study”于 2022年3月发表在Mult Scler Relat Disord（IF=4.808）上。2022年4月研究“Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder With Anti-Aquaporin-4 Antibody: Outcome Prediction Models”发表在 Front Immunol (IF=8.786) 上。
